Rosie Roberson started Catering by Rosie in 2023, cooking for weddings, celebrations and any good excuse to get people around a table.
Saguaro is that kitchen with a room attached — the same food, and now a room of its own to serve it in.

How it happened
From catering to a home of its own
For three years the kitchen travelled to the party. Saguaro is the other way round.
Catering by Rosie has always gone to where the celebration was — a hall, a barn, a backyard. A venue of our own means the room and the food are planned together, instead of one being fitted around the other at the last minute.
You will find us at 117 N Bent St · Powell, Wyoming.
The name
Where the name came from
A family around a table, trying names out loud until one of them stayed.
Catering by Rosie’s mark has always been a cactus. That is where we kept landing: a cactus that has been tended long enough starts to flower, and then it fruits. Saguaro is that part — the thing the catering grew into. There is a bloom at the foot of ours, which is the whole idea in one picture.
It is why the two marks are always set together, Catering by Rosie’s green beside Saguaro’s copper. One grew out of the other. Neither is decoration.
